Mr. Md. Enayet Kabir Sarkar joined this district as District and Sessions Judge on 05.11.2024. In his academic life, he obtained LL.B (Honours) and LL.M degrees from the University of Rajshahi. His home district is Bogura. Previously, he served in various districts as Assistant Judge, Senior Assistant Judge, Joint District and Sessions Judge, Additional District and Sessions Judge, and Chief Judicial Magistrate. Most recently, he served as Judge (District and Sessions Judge) at the Women and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal, Moulvibazar. In his professional career, he received training both at home and abroad.
